LIGHT BLUE - WHITE CAT COLLAR
Our luxury cat collar is made using genuine leather for style and durability. It features a polished thread through buckle system with gold–plated hardware and clean stitching. The collar has a break-away safety feature designed to break apart when placed under stress. The collar can be personalised by adding your cat’s name, your name and contact number on the metal tag.

Our cat collars come in one size and fits neck circumferences of 18.3 – 26.3cm (7.3 – 10.3 inches). For a more detailed sizing breakdown that illustrates the neck circumferences that will fit our cat collars, please click here.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10AUD within Australia and $15AUD within New Zealand. Once the order has been placed, it will take approximately 10 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) for your furry best friend to receive their Tommy & Bella accessories.
For our international customers, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30AUD for all orders. Once your order is dispatched we will notify you by email of a tracking code. In the current environment of Covid postal disruptions it is difficult to provide standard days of delivery. It could be between 2-6 weeks. We will work with best endeavors for you to receive your package as quickly as possible. Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the country, state and post code. Please use your tracking number as a reference to check the status of your delivery. International purchases that are subjected to duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
For all orders, a shipping confirmation with a tracking code will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Returns and exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues, as we understand it can be hard to get right. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following within 7 days of receiving the product/s and we will help start the return process:
1) Tommy & Bella order number
2) The product to be exchanged and the new size needed
All products to be exchanged have to be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Once we have received the collar at our PO Box, it will be reviewed by our team to determine if the size exchange can go ahead. If the products returned cannot be approved for an exchange, we will email you with further details.
Price difference between product sizes, postage and personalisation costs to complete the exchange process will be the responsibility of the customer. For collars where the personalisation is embossed on directly, the collar cannot be exchanged or refunded once we have customised your order.
Faulty and Defective Items
We have tried our best to ensure each product meets the high quality standards we have set. Each product is inspected before shipping to ensure there are no defects, however, if your product has arrived faulty or damaged please contact email@example.com and we can help assist with your enquiry.
