SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To ensure your purchase arrives before Christmas, please place orders by 12PM AEST, 10 December 2020. Orders placed after this time and date might not arrive before Christmas.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10AUD within Australia and all dispatched orders will take approximately 10 business days with a tracking code provided.
For our international customers, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15AUD for orders $50AUD or above and $25AUD for orders below $50AUD. All dispatched orders will take approximately 10 business days and a tracking code will also be provided. International purchases that are subjected to duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues, as we understand it can be hard to get right. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product/s and we will help start the return process. All products to be exchanged have to be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Postage and/or courier costs for the returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.
For collars where the personlisation is embossed on directly, the collar cannot be exchanged or refunded once we have customised your order.
Faulty and Defective Items
We have tried our best to ensure each product meets the high quality standards we have set. Each product is inspected before shipping to ensure there are no defects, however, if your product has arrived faulty or damaged please contact email@example.com and we can help assist with your enquiry.
