We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10AUD within Australia. Once the order has been placed, it will take approximately 10 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) for your furry best friend to receive their Tommy & Bella accessories.

For our international customers, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15AUD for orders $50AUD or above and $25AUD for orders below $50AUD. Once the order has been placed, it will take approximately 10 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) for your furry best friend to receive their Tommy & Bella accessories. International purchases that are subjected to duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

For all orders, a shipping confirmation with a tracking code will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Returns and exchanges

Sizing

We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues, as we understand it can be hard to get right. Please contact customercare@tommybella.com with your Tommy & Bella order number within 7 days of receiving the product/s and we will help start the return process. All products to be exchanged have to be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Postage and/or courier costs to complete the exchange process will be the responsibility of the customer.

For collars where the personalisation is embossed on directly, the collar cannot be exchanged or refunded once we have customised your order.

Faulty and Defective Items

We have tried our best to ensure each product meets the high quality standards we have set. Each product is inspected before shipping to ensure there are no defects, however, if your product has arrived faulty or damaged please contact customercare@tommybella.com and we can help assist with your enquiry.
